A Holistic Guide To Hedonism (stage)

A Holistic Guide To Hedonism is a satirical exploration of where hedonism fits into society and the classism that  can surround it, enforcing how we view those who are involved and affected.

Using a pastiche of the TV chat show format, the show is a live staging of an episode of a fictional, surreal, other-worldly, TV chat show that celebrates and glorifies substance abuse and ‘The Art of pushing-yourself-to-the-limit’. The chat show host gained their fame from their bestselling, smash hit, life-saving book “How To Sesh: A Holistic Guide To Hedonism” and now hosts a chat show featuring ordinary people who have become 'hedonism heroes' as guests.

This show is built on and inspired by gathering first-hand accounts of experiences of substance abuse and is an attempt to bring these issues to the forefront of people’s minds.
